Step 1: Professional Consultation & Inquiry

First, contact our sales engineering team via the Inquiry Form, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • Tell us your needs: Lifting capacity (e.g., 16 tons), boom type (knuckle or stiff), and industry application.
  • Chassis Matching: If you already have a truck (Volvo, Scania, ISUZU, etc.), provide us with the chassis drawings to ensure 100% compatibility.

Step 2: Technical Solution & Quotation

Our engineers will provide a detailed Technical Proposal and a Formal Quotation.

  • Customization: Selection of optional attachments like grapples, augers, or remote controls.
  • Pricing: Transparent breakdown including the crane unit, mounting kits, and optional accessories.

Step 3: Contract Signing & Payment

Once the technical specifications are confirmed:

  • Proforma Invoice (PI): We will issue a formal PI with our bank details.
  • Deposit: Production begins after the receipt of the initial deposit (typically via T/T or L/C).
  • Timeline: We provide a clear manufacturing schedule.

Step 4: Quality Inspection & Testing

Before dispatch, every TERRA crane undergoes rigorous testing:

  • Hydraulic Pressure Tests: Ensuring zero leaks and maximum safety.
  • Load Testing: Testing the crane at 125% of its rated capacity.
  • Photo/Video Verification: We send you high-resolution photos and testing videos of your specific unit before it leaves the factory.

Step 5: Global Logistics & Delivery

We handle the complexities of international shipping:

  • Shipping Methods: Containers, Flat Rack, or Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off).
  • Documentation: We provide all necessary export documents (BOL, CO, Packing List, Invoice).
  • Arrival: Our local agents or your preferred forwarder will assist with customs clearance at the destination port.
